The GRAMMY Museum opens a groundbreaking and interactive experience called The Sonic Playground on February 14th, 2025. This permanent exhibition provides an engaging musical experience. Visitors can produce beats, perform on stage, and use professional instruments. Sundial reporter Yaminah Legohn interviews Jasen Emmons, VP of Curatorial affairs Jasen Emmons, who discusses the Sonic Playground and highlights how it allows people to step into the role of a singer, musician or DJ and experience the creation of music.
Electric Forest composer Shaun Chasin explains the process of creating Electric Forest and collaborating with artists and creators to produce a magical experience for its audience. This 3,000-square-foot second-floor gallery features 17 unique interactive exhibits encouraging visitors to explore their creativity.
